As expected, Gibraltar enjoys a Mediterranean climate, although it is slightly cooler than other Spanish cities located on its southern coast. However, you can expect warm summers and very mild winters.

Infrastructure
Gibraltar has an international airport with between 4 and 5 daily flights to and from the UK. The airlines are BA and Easyjet. Return flights can be very cheap, depending on the booking time. Moreover, Malaga airport is only 90 minutes away by car and offers a wide range of destinations worldwide.
Public transport is excellent and efficient.
Living in Ocean Village
The Ocean Village Marina is one of three marinas situated in the Bay of Gibraltar between the North Mole of Gibraltar Harbour and the runway of Gibraltar International Airport, where it was formerly known as Sheppard’s Marina. The Ocean Village Project, a premium resort, now includes both Ocean Village Marina and the neighbouring Marina Bay.
Together, Ocean Village Marina and the nearby Marina Bay have 330 berths with a combined draft of 4.5 meters (15 feet). Vessels up to 90 to 100 meters (330 to 330 ft) in length can dock at the marina.
Three apartment towers with balconies made of blue glass overlook the marina. Imperial Grand Ocean Plaza, Grand Ocean Plaza, Imperial Plaza, and Majestic Plaza are three apartment towers with blue glass balconies that are part of the Ocean Village resort.
